Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Lead Wargaming Research & Systems Analyst to join our growing team. Based in London with relocation to Abu Dhabi, you will connect operational needs to system architecture and mission outcomes, leading modeling, simulation, and analysis for unmanned systems across multiple domains.

You will work with a highly agile team to develop scenarios, run simulations, and deliver data-driven insights for customers and internal product development, using Python and YAML for

Qualifications

• Active country-specific Secret security clearance
• 7+ years in ORSA, systems analysis, or related discipline
• Experience with tactical experiments and wargaming design
• Modeling and simulation experience for military missions
• Proficiency with C++ or Python for modeling and scripting
• Connect system performance to mission outcomes

Responsibilities

• Leverage high-end models and simulations to conduct analysis and training
• Develop scenarios based on customer needs to demonstrate capabilities
• Evaluate platform, payload, autonomy, sensor, comms, navigation, C2 choices on missions
• Design and analyze tactical and engagement-level wargames
• Develop physics-based models and red/blue force scenarios
• Assess system interactions, risks, and mission impacts
• Lead capability analysts to stay grounded in customer needs
• Collaborate with engineering and business teams to demonstrate capabilities
