Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Lead Warfighting Systems Analyst to lead modeling, simulation, and analysis for unmanned systems across domains. The role bridges analysts, wargamers, admins, engineers, and warfighters to deliver data-driven insights and capability demonstrations.

You will relocate from London to Abu Dhabi, UAE, and manage agile teams to deliver time-bound, budget-conscious wargaming projects while aligning with customer needs and strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Active country-specific Secret security clearance
• 7+ years in ORSA, systems analysis, engineering, or related discipline
• 4+ years in project management and agile methods (SCRUM, KANBAN)
• Experience with tactical experiments and wargaming design, scenario dev & data analysis
• Ability to connect system performance to mission outcomes
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Serve as project manager for standing up a tactical wargaming center in the UAE
• Develop scenarios to demonstrate capabilities based on customer needs
• Design, execute, and analyze tactical wargames and engagement-level studies
• Develop physics-based models and scenarios focusing on red/blue force tactics
• Assess system-of-systems interactions and mission impacts
• Lead wargamers, admins, and ops staff to keep the center operational and train warfighters
• Collaborate with engineering and BD to show capabilities with data-driven analysis
