Job summary

Anduril Industries in London is seeking a Warfighting Systems Analyst to bridge operational needs with system architecture, performance, and mission outcomes. The role involves M&S, wargaming, and scenario development in a fast-growing team supporting customer training and product improvement.

You will work on translating warfighting requirements into simulation-centered analyses, using Python/C++ for modeling and leveraging DoD-grade tools.

Qualifications

• Active country-specific security clearance required.
• 3+ years in ORSA, systems analysis, or related technical-operational discipline.
• Experience with tactical experiments and wargaming design and data analytics.
• Modeling and simulation experience for military missions preferred (friendly/adversary tactics).
• Proficiency in C++ or Python for physics-based modeling and scripting.
• Ability to connect system performance to mission outcomes and communicate results clearly.

Responsibilities

• Leverage high-end models and simulations to conduct analysis and training.
• Develop scenarios based on customer needs to demonstrate capabilities.
• Evaluate platform components affecting mission outcomes (autonomy, sensors, C2, etc.).
• Design and analyze tactical and mission-level wargames to refine capabilities.
• Develop physics-based models and operational scenarios with red/blue force focus.
• Assess system-of-systems interactions and dependencies and their mission impacts.
• Ensure analysis aligns with real operational problems and customer needs.
• Collaborate with engineering and business teams to demonstrate capabilities with data-driven analysis.
