Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Warfighting Systems Analyst to join a rapidly growing team. The role focuses on modeling, simulation, and wargaming to support customer training, internal analysis, and product refinement.

Initial hiring will occur in London, with relocation to Abu Dhabi, UAE for the simulation center. The candidate should connect operational needs to system architecture, perform scenario development, and communicate results with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Active country-specific security clearance required.
• 3+ years in ORSA, systems analysis, or related technical-operational discipline.
• Experience with tactical experiments and wargaming design.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Modeling, Simulation, and Analysis (M&S) including wargaming and experimentation for Anduril products.
• Train customers in capabilities and support iterative product improvement.
• Develop scenarios based on customer needs to demonstrate capabilities.
• Collaborate with engineering and business development to show value through data-driven analysis.
• Ensure analysis addresses real operational problems and customer needs.
