Job summary

Anduril Industries is building unmanned systems for multiple domains and is expanding its Warfighting Systems Analyst team. The role involves connecting operational needs to system architecture, performing M&S and wargaming to drive product improvements, and delivering data-driven analysis to customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Active security clearance
• 3+ years in ORSA, systems analysis, or related field
• Experience with tactical experiments and wargaming design
• Modeling and simulation for military missions
• Proficiency in C++ or Python for modeling
• Ability to connect system performance to mission outcomes
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Leverage high-end models and simulations to conduct analysis
• Develop scenarios to demonstrate capabilities
• Evaluate platform components on mission outcomes
• Design, execute and analyze tactical analyses and wargames
• Develop physics-based models and operational scenarios
• Assess system-of-systems interactions and dependencies
• Ensure analysis aligns with real operational needs
• Collaborate with engineering and BD to demonstrate value via data-driven analysis
