Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ leadership experience in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day running of Inbound or Outbound operations.
• Directly manage 6 Team Leaders.
• Plan shift resources and work with recruitment agencies.
• Ensure excellent onboarding experience for new starters.
• Produce written reports on policy and incident investigations.
• Chair formal meetings including disciplinary hearings.
• Manage timesheet approvals and absence management.
• Champion team engagement and resolve queries.
