Job summary

Omnia Resourcing Ltd seeks an experienced Team Leader to join a busy warehouse operation in Chessington. You will lead a team, allocate tasks, monitor daily KPIs and ensure accuracy and high service levels.

The role is hands-on with coaching, clear communication, and the ability to keep a positive, professional team atmosphere. Two 35-hour shift options are available (Rotating AM/PM or PM-only), Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Must have previous Team Leader or supervisor experience.
• Experience in a warehouse, logistics, or retail environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Able to motivate and develop a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team on a day-to-day basis.
• Allocate tasks and ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Monitor performance against KPIs.
• Coach and provide feedback.
• Support employee development.
• Maintain service levels and productivity targets.
• Resolve discrepancies or operational issues.
