World of Books is seeking a capable Warehouse Supervisor to lead busy teams in our Coventry fulfilment environment. You will manage daily picking, packing and customer fulfilment targets, ensure efficient resource allocation and monitor KPIs under the Team Manager’s guidance.

You will drive a culture of safety, coach staff, and promote teamwork, accuracy and continuous improvement while maintaining high standards of productivity and order processing within a 12-hour shift rota.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading warehouse teams and operations.
• Understanding of picking and packing roles is desirable.
• Customer-focused with high quality output.
• Strong ability to motivate, develop and engage a team.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily picking, packing and fulfilment targets.
• Allocate resources and monitor KPIs with Team Manager.
• Communicate daily targets and ensure orders are processed on time.
• Coach and motivate team members to improve productivity.
• Promote a safety-first culture and ensure Health & Safety procedures.
• Maintain housekeeping and attendance management.
