Job summary

Inspiring Vet Care in Bristol is looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to oversee warehouse operations. You will lead and develop a high-performance team, ensuring customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time while maintaining stock accuracy.

The ideal candidate should have warehouse management experience, strong leadership skills, and a valid Forklift licence. The position offers a salary of £29,580, 5 weeks of annual leave, and various employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience working within a warehouse or retail environment.
• Good Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience managing throughput within a pick and pack operation.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop the warehouse team through coaching and performance reviews.
• Ensure customer orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and on time.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs, including labour efficiency and dispatch performance.
