About the role

The Warehouse Team Manager will support the site management team in efficiently and cost-effectively managing warehouse operations. Your responsibilities include ensuring smooth daily warehouse activities and maintaining a high level of service to customers.

Shifts:

• Sunday - Thursday
• Tuesday - Saturday

06:00 - 14:00

You will be responsible for

Ensuring the receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching of goods are carried out correctly, meeting productivity targets within budget, and maintaining a safe working environment through effective team management.

You will need

Relevant experience in warehouse operations within the FMCG distribution industry, with knowledge of supervising depot warehouse functions. Knowledge of the transport function is advantageous.

As a team leader, you should have excellent communication skills, the ability to manage and train colleagues, and proficiency in MS Office for reporting and disciplinary processes.
