The Warehouse Team Manager will support the site management team in the efficient and cost-effective management of warehouse operations. You will innovate by bringing fresh ideas to improve processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Your responsibilities include ensuring the smooth running of daily warehouse operations and providing the required level of service to customers at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching of goods are performed efficiently, within budget, and safely.
• Lead and develop a team, fostering a positive work environment.

Candidate Requirements:

• Knowledge of warehouse operations within the FMCG distribution industry.
• Understanding of business and operational aspects of depot warehouse management.
• General knowledge of transport functions is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to support, train, and motivate colleagues.
• Proficiency in MS Office for reporting and disciplinary processes.
