What You'll Be Doing:

As Warehouse Team Manager, you’ll be central to our operations, ensuring efficiency and exceptional service. Your responsibilities include:

• Managing warehouse team members, overseeing all people management activities to improve performance and motivate the team.
• Ensuring compliance with transport operator and driver regulations, including Warburtons Distribution training materials.
• Achieving performance targets while maintaining high customer service standards.
• Working hours to be confirmed.
• Previous experience as a Team Manager, managing teams, coaching, and mentoring.
• Knowledge of Tachograph and WTD regulations.
• Proficiency in SAP, especially the ERP module.
• Understanding of Health, Safety, Environment, Food Safety Legislation, and BRC standards.
• Familiarity with distribution technology tools, including labour scheduling and warehouse management systems.
• Ability to commute to Enfield and/or Banbury during depot construction (mileage reimbursed).
