Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic Warehouse Team Manager to join our team at the Warehouse Department in our Distribution Centre in Hatfield. Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager, you will lead and manage a team of warehouse operatives to ensure efficient operations, achieve KPIs, and promote a positive culture.

This role requires working under pressure, analytical skills, and team management experience. Flexibility is needed as the role involves '5 days from 7' shifts, primarily from 10 pm to 6 am, including weekends. Full training will be provided.

Note: Applicants must reside within the UK and be within a commutable distance.
