B&M Retail is seeking a hands-on Team Manager for our Distribution Centre in Ellesmere Port. This full-time, permanent role comes with in-house training and clear progression within a fast-paced supply chain environment.

You will motivate and develop colleagues, drive KPI performance, and uphold health and safety standards. You will also plan training and conduct interviews as needed, with Sunday–Thursday nights 22:00–06:00.

• Proven ability to build positive, professional relationships with colleagues.

We are currently searching for a Team Manager to join the team in our Distribution Centre in Ellesmere Port.

The Shift Pattern(s) available are: Sunday - Thursday Nights (22:00 - 06:00am)

This is a hands‑on leadership role, where you will take responsibility for a team of colleagues and lead them to deliver a fast, accurate and efficient service in our warehouse. You will be reporting directly to the Shift Manager.

This role is offered on a full time, permanent basis. You will be given full, inhouse training on our internal systems, but you must have previous experience working in a warehouse environment.

What You'll Be Doing
