Job summary

B&M Stores in Speke is hiring enthusiastic warehouse colleagues to join our busy distribution centre. You will pick, pack and load stock onto our delivery fleet with full training on Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE) provided.

Shift patterns are Monday–Friday rotation (6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm) in a permanent full-time role. You will work as part of a fast-paced team, supporting accurate order fulfilment while maintaining Health and Safety standards and a strong customer‑focused approach.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 25 kg.
• Able to meet KPI targets.
• Willingness to learn new skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of health and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packaging items from the warehouse for distribution.
• Loading and unloading of HGV containers.
• Safe use of Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE) with full training provided.

Are you looking to enter the world of Warehousing and Logistics? Or perhaps you already have Warehousing experience and are looking to join one of the UK's largest retailers? We are currently searching for enthusiastic colleagues to join B&M in our Distribution Centre in Speke. The Shift Pattern(s) available are: Monday-Friday Rotation (6am-2pm/2pm-10pm). This role is offered on a full time, permanent basis. You will be given full, inhouse training on various MHE. What you'll be doing: Warehouse colleagues are responsible for picking, packing and loading/unloading our stock onto our fleet of vehicles. They do this with speed, accuracy and above all, teamwork. This role will require manual handling of boxes up to 25KG. Please note: We do not have cold storage or freezers in our warehouses.

Key responsibilities

• Picking and packaging items from our warehouse, ready for distribution to our stores (full training will be provided)
• Loading and unloading of HGV containers
• Safe usage of our Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE) including LLOP's and PPT's (full training will be provided)
