B&M Stores in Ellesmere Port is seeking a Team Manager for our Distribution Centre. This hands-on leadership role requires you to motivate and guide a team of colleagues to deliver fast, accurate and efficient service in a busy warehouse.

You will report to the Shift Manager, work Sunday-Thursday nights 22:00-06:00, and receive in-house training. Experience in warehouse leadership, strong communication and a can-do attitude are essential to drive KPIs and health and safety standards.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, motivate and support your team to deliver high service levels.
• Manage your section in terms of KPI’s.
• Maintain high standards across the Distribution Centre, especially with Health and Safety.
• Conduct development reviews and provide advice to colleagues where appropriate.
• Plan and manage staff training, conducting interviews and investigations where required.
