B&M Retail Limited is seeking a driven Replenishment Manager for our Clacton store. This hands-on leadership role focuses on stock flow, deliveries and keeping the shop floor ready to trade.

You will lead from the front, develop your team and ensure excellent product availability and operational standards across the store and warehouse. Flexible to work across shifts, you’ll drive efficiency and customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

We're looking for a driven and hands‑on Replenishment Manager to join our Clacton store. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader who thrives on organisation, enjoys developing teams and takes pride in delivering excellent availability and operational standards.

As a key member of the store management team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring products are available for customers whenever they visit. Leading your replenishment team from the front, you'll oversee stock flow, deliveries and replenishment activity, ensuring the store remains well-stocked, organised and ready to trade.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading the replenishment operation to ensure excellent product availability across the store.
