Job summary

B&M Stores in Ellesmere Port is seeking a Team Manager for our Distribution Centre. This hands-on leadership role requires you to motivate and guide a team of colleagues to deliver fast, accurate and efficient service in a busy warehouse.

You will report to the Shift Manager, work Sunday-Thursday nights 22:00-06:00, and receive in-house training. Experience in warehouse leadership, strong communication and a can-do attitude are essential to drive KPIs and health and safety standards.

We are currently searching for a Team Manager to join the team in our Distribution Centre in Ellesmere Port.

The Shift Pattern(s) available are: Sunday - Thursday Nights (22:00 - 06:00am)

This is a hands-on leadership role, where you will take responsibility for a team of colleagues and lead them to deliver a fast, accurate and efficient service in our warehouse. You will be reporting directly to the Shift Manager.

This role is offered on a full time, permanent basis. You will be given full, inhouse training on our internal systems, but you must have previous experience working in a warehouse environment.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading, motivating and supporting your team to deliver high service levels
• Managing your section in terms of KPI’s
• Maintaining high standards across the Distribution Centre, especially with Health and Safety
• Conducting development reviews and providing advice to colleagues where appropriate
