Job summary

B&M in Speke is looking for enthusiastic warehouse colleagues to join our Distribution Centre. This is a full-time, permanent role with in-house training on MHE and a Monday-Friday rotation (6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm).

You will be picking, packing and loading/unloading stock for distribution to stores, with emphasis on speed, accuracy and teamwork. You must be able to lift up to 25kg and follow health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 25kg safely and consistently.
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to shifts.
• Ability to work methodically in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packaging items from the warehouse for distribution to stores.
• Loading and unloading of HGV containers.

Are you looking to enter the world of Warehousing and Logistics? Or perhaps you already have Warehousing experience and are looking to join one of the UK’s largest retailers?

We are currently searching for enthusiastic colleagues to join B&M in our Distribution Centre in Speke.

The Shift Pattern(s) available are: Monday-Friday Rotation (6am-2pm/2pm-10pm)

This role is offered on a full time, permanent basis. You will be given full, inhouse training on various MHE.

What you’ll be doing:

Warehouse colleagues are responsible for picking, packing and loading/unloading our stock onto our fleet of vehicles. They do this with speed, accuracy and above all, teamwork. This role will require manual handling of boxes up to 25KG.

Please note: We do not have cold storage or freezers in our warehouses.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Picking and packaging items from our warehouse, ready for distribution to our stores (full training will be provided)
• Loading and unloading of HGV containers
• Safe usage of our Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE) including LLOP’s and PPT’s (full training will be provided)
