Shift Pattern: Any 5 from 7, 14:00 to 22:00

Hours: 40 hours per week

Location: Bicester, Oxfordshire

If you are ambitious and looking to progress your career in warehouse operations, join us as a Warehouse Team Manager at our Fresh Direct (a Sysco Company) Depot in Bicester, Oxfordshire.

You will be responsible for ensuring your team of warehouse operatives work safely and efficiently, achieving key targets. Lead by example, drive high performance through effective communication, teamwork, and building strong relationships. Collaborate with the shift manager to plan workload and develop your team’s skills to support their career growth and increase shift capability. Attention to detail is essential for managing paperwork and administration accurately and promptly.

This role requires proactive problem-solving in a busy environment, addressing operational challenges as they arise, and escalating issues when necessary. You should be motivated to make improvements and challenge current practices.

Qualifications include previous experience leading a team in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment, ideally within food or related sectors. Experience in warehouse operations and performance management is advantageous. You should be computer literate, comfortable with Microsoft Office, and able to lift weights up to 25kg. Own transport is preferred.
