The Warehouse Team Manager will support the site management team in the efficient and cost-effective management of warehouse operations. You will bring fresh ideas to improve processes and increase efficiency.

It will be your responsibility to ensure the smooth running of daily warehouse operations and to provide the required level of service to customers at all times.

Main Responsibilities

You will ensure the receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching of goods are performed correctly, meeting productivity levels and staying within budget, while maintaining a safe working environment through effective team management.

Address challenges proactively.

Lead and develop a team, fostering a positive work environment.

You will need

Successful candidates will have working knowledge of warehouse functions within the FMCG distribution industry, including operational aspects of supervising a depot warehouse. Knowledge of transport operations is advantageous.

As a leader and motivator of warehouse operatives, you should have excellent communication skills and the ability to support, train, and manage colleagues. Computer literacy, especially with MS Office, is essential for reporting and disciplinary processes.
