Join us as a Warehouse Team Manager at our Fresh Direct (a Sysco Company) Depot in Bicester, Oxfordshire, and enjoy an annual salary of £37,070 plus a great range of company benefits.

Shift Pattern and Hours

• Any 5 from 7 days
• 14:00pm until 22:00pm
• 40 Hours per week

Role Overview

If you are ambitious and looking to progress your career in warehouse operations, this role involves leading a team of warehouse operatives to work safely and efficiently, achieving key targets. You will lead by example, communicate effectively, foster teamwork, and build strong relationships. Collaborating with the shift manager, you will plan workloads, develop team skills, and support their career growth. The role requires attention to detail, accuracy, and timely administration.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Requirements

• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment, preferably in food or related industries
• Experience in warehouse operations is advantageous
• Proven performance management skills
• Desire and ability to learn quickly about the business
• Knowledge of performance management and team leadership
• Computer literacy, especially with Microsoft Office
• Comfortable working in a cool environment (thermal uniform provided)
• Ability to lift up to 25kg
• Own transport is preferred
