Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is recruiting for a Warehouse Team Leader at HM Prison Berwyn, LL13 9QE. This permanent full-time role combines frontline supervision with hands-on picking and packing in a highly secure prison warehouse.

You will guide a team of inmates, monitor stock, and drive on-time dispatch while meeting operational targets. A valid UK driving licence and security clearance are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a prison warehouse environment.
• Understanding of warehouse processes is desirable.
• Good communication across all levels.
• Current 3 years of UK address history is mandatory for Enhanced Security Clearance.
• Full UK Driving Licence required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of workers in a warehouse environment and participate in picking/packing.
• Reconcile stock levels within the on-site warehouse operation at the prison.
• Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of orders to inmates and departments.
