DHL Supply Chain operates a warehouse role inside HM Prison Stocken, where you will lead a group of inmates in daily picking and packing, ensuring stock accuracy and timely dispatch of orders. The role requires strong leadership and clear communication in a security-sensitive prison setting.

Working Mon to Fri on site, you will manage warehouse processes, uphold safety standards and strive to meet operational targets while supporting rehabilitation goals within the institution.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a warehouse or similar environment.
• Strong communication across levels and functions.
• Ability to operate safely in a security-sensitive setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of prisoners in a warehouse, while hands-on with picking and packing.
• Reconcile stock levels within the onsite prison warehouse.
• Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of orders to inmates.
• Meet and aim to exceed operational targets.
