• Experience in a warehouse environment, preferably within a regulated setting.
• Strong communication across all levels.
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Eligibility for Enhanced Security Clearance (3 years of UK address history).

• Lead a group of prisoners in a warehouse environment while performing hands-on picking and packing.
• Reconcile stock levels within the warehouse operation at the prison site.
• Manage timely and accurate dispatch of orders to inmates.
