Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Warehouse Operative (Warehouse Team Leader) to manage a team within a prison warehouse environment. You will lead picking and packing, ensure stock accuracy, and coordinate the timely dispatch of orders to inmates.

The role requires a current UK driving licence and eligibility for Enhanced Security Clearance, with Mon-Fri, permanent full-time hours and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations and leading a team.
• Ability to work in a prison warehouse environment.
• Full UK Driving Licence and UK address history.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of prisoners in a warehouse, whilst also being hands on with picking and packing.
• Reconcile stock levels within the warehouse operation (based onsite at the prison).
• Managing the delivery of accurate and timely dispatch of orders to the inmates.
• Ensuring operational targets are met and exceeded.
