Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is recruiting for a Warehouse Operative (Warehouse Team Leader) to oversee a prison warehouse at HM Prison Berwyn, LL13 9QE. The role is permanent full-time with Mon to Fri hours and involves hands-on picking/packing alongside supervising inmates.

Key responsibilities include stock reconciliation, ensuring accurate dispatches, and driving performance to meet targets. Valid UK Driving Licence is required, and Enhanced Security Vetting applies.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a warehouse environment.
• Good understanding of warehouse processes preferred.
• Strong communication skills at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of prisoners in picking and packing operations.
• Reconcile stock levels within the warehouse on site at the prison.
• Ensure timely, accurate dispatch of orders to prisoners.
• Meet and strive to exceed operational targets.
