Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is recruiting for a prison-based warehouse role at HMP Wymott. You will lead and work alongside offenders to pick, pack and distribute orders inside the prison environment, supporting the Canteen Service.

The role requires hands-on work, stock control, and the ability to work at pace while staying organised. A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to the site are essential, and security clearance will be completed during recruitment.

Qualifications

• Requires 3 years UK address history for security clearance.
• Full UK Driving Licence and own transport.
• Comfortable working inside a prison alongside offenders.
• Must have effective communication in challenging situations.
• Hands-on and willing to perform warehouse tasks.

Responsibilities

• Work inside a prison, leading and working alongside offenders in a warehouse.
• Hands-on role: picking, packing and manual handling (up to 20kg).
• Keep stock accurate and keep the operation running smoothly.
• Work at pace when needed and stay organised as part of a team.
