Job summary

DHL, operating on the HM Prison Stocken site, is seeking a Warehouse Operative (Team Leader) to manage a security-conscious warehouse team of prisoners while actively handling picking and packing tasks.

The role requires independence, familiarity with warehouse processes, and the ability to communicate clearly with colleagues at all levels. A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse processes is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of prisoners in a warehouse setting while performing hands-on picking and packing.
• Reconcile stock levels within the prison-based warehouse operations.
• Oversee accurate and timely dispatch of orders to inmates.
• Ensure production and dispatch targets are met or exceeded.
