Bleckmann is seeking a frontline supervisor to manage an assigned floor within the warehouse. This role involves leading teams, planning labour and equipment, and ensuring safety and KPI performance. You will work on rotating shifts and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Leadership experience in logistics/retail/e-commerce.
• Experience in managing teams.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems such as JDA.
• Delivers accurate, high-quality work with continuous improvement.

• Automation experience is desirable.
