Job summary

Bleckmann is seeking a dedicated shift supervisor to lead a warehouse floor, overseeing operations, labour planning and client relationships. You will drive continuous improvement while ensuring safety and high standards of work.

The role runs Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00 and 16:00–00:00, rotating every two weeks, with peak-period flexibility. Salary up to £35,000 plus an additional shift allowance, dependent on skills and experience.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in logistics, retail, or e-commerce.
• Proven ability to manage staff and workflow.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (JDA) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff and workflow in a designated area.
• Ensure safe working practices are followed.
• Support team development through coaching and feedback.
• Assist with performance management, disciplinary procedures, and absence management.
• Drive continuous improvement and support ad hoc projects.
• Be accountable for team KPIs such as productivity and service levels.
