Job summary

Bleckmann UK is recruiting a permanent, full-time Warehouse Floor Supervisor to work 16:00–00:00, Monday to Friday with peak-period flexibility. The role offers £28,000–£33,000 per year plus an additional shift allowance, depending on skills and experience.

You will manage an assigned floor or area, lead staff, ensure safe working practices, coach the team, and drive continuous improvement while tracking KPIs such as productivity and accuracy. Knowledge of JDA WMS is preferred.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience, preferably in logistics, retail, or e-commerce.
• Experienced in managing teams.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems such as JDA.
• Delivers accurate, high-quality work while seeking continuous improvement.
• Communicates respectfully and inspires team engagement.
• Automation experience highly desirable.

• Manage staff and workflow in a designated area

• Assist with performance management, disciplinary procedures, and absence management in line with company policies
