Job summary

ACS Staffing Solutions in Bedford is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to oversee a team of warehouse operatives in a fast-paced environment. Temporary to permanent after 12 weeks, the role pays £13.92 per hour and operates on 11:00–19:30 or 15:00–23:30 shifts.

You will lead, motivate, and manage daily operations, monitor performance, ensure health and safety compliance, maintain stock control, and drive process improvements while coaching the team to meet targets.

Shifts Available:

• 5 out of 7 days- 11:00am-19:30pm


• 5 out of 7 days- 15:00pm-23:30pm

As Warehouse Team Leader, you'll oversee a dedicated team of warehouse operatives for our client in a fast-paced environment. You'll ensure daily operations run smoothly, targets are met, and team members are motivated.
