Job summary

ACS Staffing Solutions in Bedford (MK42) is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to oversee a dedicated team of warehouse operatives in a fast-paced environment. The role is temporary with potential to become permanent after 12 weeks and offers shifts between 11:00-19:30 or 15:00-23:30, with ASAP start.

You will lead, motivate and manage the team, coordinate daily operations and drive performance while ensuring health and safety compliance and accurate stock control.

Responsibilities

• Lead night shift warehouse operatives and motivate the team.
