Job description

Our client in Telford is looking for a Team Leader to join their growing team.

Duties:

1. Stock-takes
2. Ensuring standards of hygiene – maintaining a clean work area.
3. Ensuring safety standards and working within safety procedures.
4. Using internal and external customer systems.
5. Communicating with internal and external customers.
6. Assigning tasks to operators on your shift.
7. Quality checking.
8. Providing on-the-job training to new and current employees.
9. Completing daily logs.
10. Maintaining security of loads, warehouse, and vehicles.
11. Must have a counterbalance forklift certification.
12. Experience working in a fast-paced and demanding warehouse environment is advantageous.
13. Previous experience in a similar role or in a food-based manufacturing environment is advantageous.

Shifts:

4 on/4 off 12-hour shift patterns, including nights, days, and weekends.

Pay:

Starting rate: £30,390 per annum.
