Role Overview

As a Warehouse Team Leader based in our Melmerby DC, you’ll be responsible for:

• Motivating a team of warehouse operatives to meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators
• Ensuring orders/instructions are processed timely and efficiently, leading the team in physical tasks to meet objectives
• Coaching and providing on-the-job training for warehouse operatives
• Measuring team performance effectively
• Conducting regular team meetings and briefings

This is a full-time, permanent role working hours Monday to Friday, 14:00 - 22:00.
