A leading company in the logistics sector is seeking a Team Leader to manage staff within their operation. This role involves supporting the Shift Manager, overseeing training, and ensuring high standards of health and safety. The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience, but a positive attitude is essential as full training will be provided. Leading by example, the team leader will provide first-line management to staff within the DX operation. The role requires the ability to supervise team members, identify and provide training for current and new employees, whilst supporting the shift manager in running the operation.
Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role in a logistics or warehouse environment is preferred. However, attitude is essential, and full training will be provided for the right candidate.
