Job Title: Warehouse Team Lead

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 16:00 - 00:00, plus 1 in 3 Sundays 07:00 - 13:00

Location: Wakefield Depot

Role Overview: We are seeking a Team Lead to join our Wakefield Depot. You will act as the link between supervisors and warehouse staff, providing hands-on leadership and supervision to ensure maximum effort and attention to detail in a safe and tidy environment.

Job Responsibilities

1. Coordinate, prioritize, and delegate warehouse activities.
2. Manage staff hours, sickness, and holidays to ensure smooth operations.
3. Motivate and develop staff to maximize productivity and efficiency.

This role requires standing and walking for most of the shift, and the ability to lift products up to 15kg, as well as bend, twist, kneel, and crouch.
