Ethero Ltd in the East Midlands region is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to assist the Warehouse Manager in a busy dispatch operation. You will help develop the team structure, monitor KPIs, and ensure GMP and health and safety standards are met.

You’ll create monthly rotas, run daily team meetings, and implement training plans with SMART milestones while maintaining staff development and safe working practices. The role includes on-site parking and a canteen, with overtime opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Assisting Warehouse Manager in the running of a busy warehouse and dispatch infrastructure.
• Develop the team structure to ensure skills and knowledge are up to expected standards.
• Maintain KPI to expected standards and report weekly to Warehouse Manager.
• Oversee GMP/ health and safety/ risk assessments on a day-to-day basis.
• Create a monthly rota for staff including manning and staffing levels.
• Chair daily team meetings as required.
• Create a training matrix and SMART plan for staff and monitor all progress.

• GMP/ health and safety/ risk assessments- day to day running.
• Create a monthly rota for staff members, including manning and staffing levels.
• Chair daily team meeting as required.
• Create a training matrix and SMART plan for staff members and monitor all training progress.

Pay: £31,476,07 per annum

Any lawful deductions will be explained clearly before engagement. Statutory deductions such as Tax, National Insurance, and pension contributions (where applicable) will apply.

Working Pattern:

• Days: 5 days out of 7
• Shift :Monday - Friday 11:00 -20:00 , Saturday -Sunday 07:00 - 16:00
