Ethero in Derby is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to support the Warehouse Manager in a busy dispatch operation. You will lead a small team, ensure safety compliance, and manage daily tasks to keep throughput steady.

This role includes rota planning, KPI reporting, and staff development, with on-site facilities and free parking.

• Develop the team structure to maintain skills and knowledge.
• Maintain KPIs and report weekly to Warehouse Manager.
• GMP, health and safety, and risk assessments in day-to-day operations.
• Create a monthly rota for staff, including manning and staffing levels.
• Chair daily team meetings as required.
• Create a training matrix and SMART plan for staff development and monitor progress.

Key Duties

• Assisting Warehouse Manager in the running of a busy warehouse and dispatch infrastructure
• Effective development of the team structure to ensure skills and knowledge are up to expected standards.
• KPI maintained to expected standards and reported on weekly basis to Warehouse Manager.
• GMP/ health and safety/ risk assessments- day to day running.
• Create a monthly rota for staff members, including manning and staffing levels.
• Chair daily team meeting as required.
• Create a training matrix and SMART plan for staff members and monitor all training progress.

Pay: £31,476,07 per annum

Any lawful deductions will be explained clearly before engagement. Statutory deductions such as Tax, National Insurance, and pension contributions (where applicable) will apply.

Working Pattern

• Days: 5 days out of 7
• Shift :Monday - Friday 11:00 -20:00 , Saturday -Sunday 07:00 - 16:00
