Job summary

Talented People is seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Leader/Dispatch Supervisor in the Horley area. You will lead a busy outbound dispatch operation, ensuring orders are processed accurately and dispatched on time.

The role requires hands-on leadership, experience with WMS/ERP systems, and a strong grasp of outbound warehouse workflows. Monday to Friday shifts, with a focus on productivity and safety.

Horley | £35,000+ DOE | Monday-Friday | Late Shift | No Weekends

Are you an experienced Warehouse Team Leader or Dispatch Supervisor who knows how to keep a busy warehouse running smoothly?

We're looking for a hands-on leader to take charge of our outbound dispatch operation, lead a team and ensure customer orders are processed accurately and dispatched on time.

The Role

• Lead and motivate the warehouse dispatch team.
• Manage outbound orders using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Monitor workloads, priorities and dispatch deadlines.
• Resolve stock discrepancies and system issues.
• Maintain productivity, accuracy and health & safety standards.
• Coordinate with transport providers and internal teams.

About You

• Previous warehouse or dispatch supervisory experience.
• Confident using WMS/ERP systems and handheld scanners.
• Strong understanding of outbound warehouse operations.
• Organised, proactive and confident leading a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Forklift licence desirable but not essential.
