Interaction Recruitment in Huntingdon is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to supervise a busy warehouse operation and lead a team of operatives. The role includes coordinating goods in, picking, loading, and dispatch, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

The ideal candidate has warehouse supervision experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and knowledge of stock control and warehouse systems. A forklift licence is desirable and the job offers rotating early/late shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and support warehouse staff across goods in, picking, loading, recycling and dispatch.
• Coordinate material flow to and from production.
• Allocate daily workloads and ensure deadlines are met.
• Maintain high standards of health & safety, quality and stock control.
• Train, coach and motivate team members.
• Liaise with production and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Investigate and resolve operational issues and discrepancies.
• Support continuous improvement and maintain a safe, organised warehouse.
