About the Role

Our client is looking for a motivated and experienced Warehouse Team Lead to supervise a team within their facility in Randburg . You will be responsible for guiding and supporting warehouse operatives, ensuring that daily tasks are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires a leader who can motivate their team, maintain high standards of productivity, and ensure the smooth operation of specific warehouse functions. You will be a key point of contact for operational issues and team performance within the Gauteng distribution center.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, guide, and train warehouse operatives on daily tasks and procedures.
• Ensure efficient execution of picking, packing, and dispatch operations.
• Monitor team performance, providing feedback and coaching to improve productivity.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the team's work area.
• Assist in managing inventory accuracy and stock organization within the assigned section.

Requirements
