Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Driver Team Lead to oversee a team of delivery drivers in Randburg and surrounding areas. You will guide, train, and manage schedules to ensure safe, efficient routes and high service standards.

This role offers remote management of the team, strengthening performance through feedback, coaching, and performance reviews, while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in transportation or logistics.

About the Role

While the role is based in the Gauteng region, a significant portion of the oversight and management can be conducted remotely, coordinating schedules, performance, and problem-solving.
