Job summary

liquidation.store is seeking an Operations Executive to own warehouse efficiency and the WMS, linking warehouse with sales and marketing to move products quickly from goods-in to live promotions.

The role is on-site in Erith and requires 1–3 years in a warehouse/ops context or a strong graduate with initiative. Expect hands-on responsibilities and opportunities to drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years' experience in warehouse, operations, logistics, or similar
• Graduate with initiative and strong organisation, willing to be hands-on
• Comfort with spreadsheets and systems/data

Responsibilities

• Identify and fix bottlenecks across goods-in, put-away, picking, and goods-out processes
• Own day-to-day management and accuracy of the warehouse management system (WMS)
• Oversee receiving, checking, and logging of incoming liquidation stock; dispatch outgoing orders
• Act as the link between warehouse and sales/marketing for new product arrivals and promotions
