This role emphasises leadership, safety, and hands-on use of WMS to maintain accurate stock and on-time deliveries.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' warehouse experience with leadership responsibility.
• Strong leadership and motivation skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Working knowledge of WMS is a plus.
• Forklift license (counterbalance or reach) is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Day Operations team to ensure accurate picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Oversee receiving stock, warehouse layout, and space optimization.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• Resolve logistics jams with quick, effective solutions.
• Utilize WMS to track inventory and orders.
