Culina is seeking a Compliance Coordinator to join its Contract Logistics division in a full-time, permanent role. You will assess Health & Safety in the warehouse, develop and maintain a Site Safety Management Plan, and drive compliance through audits and training.

The position offers a daytime, Monday–Friday schedule with salary circa £30,000–£32,700 depending on experience. You will contribute to safer working environments, ensure BRGCS and food safety programs are upheld, and collaborate

• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience in warehouse/logistics environment preferred.
• Ability to communicate across multiple depots and teams.
• Structured and methodical work style.
• Experience in a health and safety role is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain training records and safety docs in line with legislation and company policy.
• Develop and maintain a Site Safety Management Plan (SMP) for a consistent safe environment.
• Audit SMP regularly and update to meet regulatory and company requirements.
• Coordinate and implement training related to Health & Safety and BRGCS food safety programs.
• Assist in incident investigations to identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Ensure site inspections are completed on time and documented.
• Maintain safety boards, policies, and safety communication zones.

As part of our, Contract division, we have an exciting opportunity to join the team as a Compliance Coordinator on a full timepermanent basis.

Salary:£30,000 - £32,700 per annum, depending on experience.

Working hours:Monday - Friday, 8am-4pm.

As the Compliance Coordinator, you will assess Health & Safety in the warehouse and contribute to a safer working environmentensuring that all company and customer's required standards are maintained and monitored.

Key Duties of a Compliance Coordinator:

• Ensure all training records and safety documentation are maintained accurately, and in line with legislative and company requirements.
• Develop a Site Safety Management Plan (SMP), to ensure a consistent safe working environment for all company employees, contractors and site visitors.
• Regularly audit the SMP for compliance, and update accordingly to ensure the alignment of all legislative and company requirements are adhered to.
• Assist in the co-ordination and implementation of training and processes which relate to Health & Safety and Food Safety (BRGCS) programs for the site.
• Participate and assist the site management team in the investigation of incidents to determine the root cause, and corrective actions where necessary.
• Ensure all site inspections are completed in full, and on time.
• Ensure all site safety boards and communication zones, including, but not limited to: Health & Safety Policy, Insurance Certification, Site Health & Safety minutes, Site Rules, location of First Aid are all maintained and current at all times.
• Ensure that a high standard of training, BRCGS compliance and Health & Safety is adhered within the working environment.

Qualifications

What you’ll need ...

• Computer Literate in Microsoft suite.
• Have a good working knowledge within a Warehouse and Logistics operation is advantageous.
• Interact and communicate effectively across multi-functional depots/departments.
• An organised and methodical approach.
• Experience in a similar health and safetyrole.
