Job summary

Bestway Group is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the depot team, coordinate daily operations and ensure targets and deadlines are met in a busy, physically demanding environment.

You will uphold safety and security, drive customer satisfaction, embed company policies, and develop staff through clear direction and teamwork while delivering consistently high standards of service.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse/wholesale environments.
• Knowledge of health, safety and retail compliance legislation.
• Manual handling licence.
• Excellent planning and time management.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring a clean and safe working environment throughout the depot.
• Ensuring the depot is kept secure at all times.
• Contributing to the achievement of Customer Satisfaction targets and scores in the Depot.
• Driving the standards for great customer satisfaction ensuring a consistently positive shopping experience.
• Acting as an Ambassador for Bestway Wholesale.
• Ensuring all company policies and procedures are effectively implemented and embedded.
• Ensuring health and Safety Policy and Legislation are adhered to.

Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

As a Warehouse Supervisor you will be responsible for supporting and leading the depot team to ensure targets and deadlines are met. It is a busy and physically demaniding role where you will be on your feet all day, moving and lifting stock and delivering great customer service.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experience gained within a warehouse / wholesale environment

• Sound knowledge of health, safety and retail compliance legislation

• A manual handling equipment licence

• Exceptional planning skills and the ability to manage and prioritise various tasks

• Strong time management skills

• Experience of delivering both excellent Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction results

• Team building skills alongside the ability to give clear direction and delegate confidently

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent listening skills
