Job summary

Aspion is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join a busy Wirral-based operation. The role is hands-on, overseeing day-to-day warehouse activities, managing the team and ensuring efficient goods movement.

You will supervise goods-in/out, stock control, and layout optimization, while maintaining safety standards. A proactive, organised leader with experience in fast-paced environments is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous Warehouse Supervisor, Team Leader or Manager experience.
• Strong goods-in, goods-out and stock control experience.
• Experience within a fast-paced warehouse or fulfilment environment.
• Confident managing and developing a warehouse team.
• Experience using WMS and general IT systems.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on approach to warehouse operations.
• FLT Bendi/Flexi licence would be advantageous.

The Role
