Job summary

Aspion is recruiting an experienced Warehouse Supervisor for a busy operation in Wirral. You will oversee day-to-day warehouse activities, lead the team and ensure goods move efficiently from receiving to dispatch.

The role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on stock control, WMS usage, and maintaining high health and safety standards. Attractive Monday–Friday hours, on-site parking and permanent contract.

Qualifications

• Previous Warehouse Supervisor, Team Leader or Manager experience.
• Strong goods-in, goods-out and stock control experience.
• Experience within a fast-paced warehouse or fulfilment environment.
• Confident managing and developing a warehouse team.
• Experience using WMS and general IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee goods-in, goods-out and order fulfilment.
• Manage, support and develop the warehouse team.
• Coordinate the unloading of shipping containers.
• Manage warehouse layout, stock flow and space utilisation.
• Oversee picking and packing operations.
• Plan rotas, workloads and shift cover.
• Maintain stock accuracy and work closely with dispatch.
• Ensure high standards of health & safety and housekeeping.
• Support general warehouse duties during busy periods.

Location: Wirral
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

The Role

This is a hands-on position responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the warehouse, managing the team and ensuring goods move efficiently.
